How close is the villa to the attractions?
   
The villa is less than 10 mins from the Interstate 4, the main road to all the attractions. From there you will be in Walt Disney World within 5-10 mins, dependent on the park you choose, Universal in 15 min, Sea World 10 mins.
   
How close is the villa to restaurants shops and supermarkets?
   
You are about 10 mins from literally hundreds of restaurants along the Highway 192 and 25 mins from International Drive, and Buena Vista. Publix supermarket is less than 10 mins away (construction has started for a new Pulbix even closer) and several WalMart stores are about 15 mins away. 

    
Orlando is a shopping Mecca, Florida Mall and Mall at Millennia are both less than 30 mins away. The large outlet malls are even closer.
   
Is the villa suitable for guests with young children/babies?
   
Yes, the villa has many facilities to make a stay with babies and children easy and safe. We provide a stair gate, cot/play pen, high chair, booster seat, push chair/stroller, safety socket blanks, child stool and potty seat. The pool is equipped with a safety fence and the exit doors are alarmed (although it is your responsibility to ensure children are supervised at all times). Several toys and pool toys are provided.
   
What entertainment is provided?
   
The villa is well equipped with cable TV and DVD players, 42” LCD TV in the living room and LCD TV/DVD combos in all 5 bedrooms. We have a PS3 with two remote controllers, this also plays high definition/blue ray DVDs, some DVDs, books and a number and board games are available. A CD player and iPod dock are provided for musical entertainment. There is also a games room with pool table and table football.
   
How many guests can stay in the house?
   
Fire regulations allow for 10 + 2 infants. Only those named on the booking form are allowed to stay at the property. There are 5 bedrooms, everyone has their own bed, no one need sleep in the living room.
   
Is WaterSong a gated community?

Yes, you will be allocated a personal gate access code for the duration of your stay.
   
Are there other facilities at WaterSong?
   

Yes there is a large Clubhouse with a large resort style pool with spa, fitness studio,
Cyber café, large lounge, meeting rooms, games arcade and a covered lanai looking out over the pool. There is beach volley ball, basketball court, children’s play ground, picnic area and concierge service. The development itself is in a conservation area with lakes and walks. Numerous championship golf courses are close by.
   
Can you organize a welcome grocery package?
   

Yes, champagne and flowers if you wish! 
   
Is the pool heated?
   

Yes, if you wish. We recommend heating over the winter months, October through to April. Please request this at the time of booking. If you arrive and decide to have the pool heated then please accept it takes a minimum of 24 hours to heat the pool and you are invoiced from the day the heating is switched on. Pool heating is charged at £100/week.
   
Can you help out with Disney tickets?
   

Yes, our management company can organize discounted tickets delivered to the villa.
   
Do you allow pets/smoking?
   

Sorry, no pets are allowed in the villa. Smoking is not permitted in the villa and it is fitted with smoke detectors. You may smoke on the outside deck area using the ashtray provided. In Florida you will also find smoking is not permitted in public places.
   
If we want to make a booking what happens next?
   

We strongly suggest you call us to make sure your dates are available; we will then hold your dates for 7 days, during this time we will send you a booking form. Once you have returned this, with your deposit (£200/week or £100 per week if duration is over 14 days), we will then confirm the booking. 
   
How do we locate and enter the property?
   

About two weeks before you depart we will send you an information pack with details of how to get to the villa from the airport. We will also send you details of the key box and house alarm
  
Do we need to bring towels?
   

No, the villa is equipped as a home from home. All linen and towels are provided however we do ask you don’t remove them from the house. If you want to use your own beach towels for the water parks and beach, then we suggest you bring them with you, or better still, buy them whilst you are in Florida!
   
Are there any medical facilities close by?
   

Yes, there is a walk in medical centre located next to WalMart on highway 27 (about 15 mins) and the Heart of Florida General Hospital is just 10 – 15 mins away also on highway 27. Excellent pharmacies are close by too. Our management company will also be able to advise in case of emergency.
   
What villa services are provided?
   

The villa will be professionally cleaned before you arrive and a supply of linen and towels provided. A full inventory will be carried out prior to your arrival which will ensure adequate supplies. The pool is cleaned and serviced weekly and the gardens are maintained. Additional cleaning can also be arranged on request at a cost of £65/$110 per clean.
   
Can I keep in touch with family and friends back home?

   
Yes for your convenience the villa has a telephone. We also have free broadband connection – just bring your laptop.
   
Can you give us any advice? It’s our first time!
